一、产品说明：H600-S 是一种单组份紫外线固化胶，适用于大部分材料之粘接，如各类塑胶、玻璃、金属、陶瓷；对PC、PMMA、ABS、PVC、PP等难粘材料具有极佳之粘附力。常温储存稳定，固化速度快，固化物表面光亮不粘，固化胶膜柔软，抗冲击性强，抗湿热及化学品优良，透明性好，优越的电气特性，绝缘防水防潮防尘等。

三、固化性能：H600-S在空气环境下需要足够的紫外线能量辐射才能够固化。固化速率和固化效果需要足够的光能量，主要是200-400nm紫外光，推荐使用365nm紫外光源。

四、照射条件:

500-1000W高压汞灯,主要波长365nm；固化条件 600mj/cm²

定位：1-2秒，固化5-10秒（具体固化依所使用的光源、胶膜厚度及被粘材料测试为准）

3、 Curing performance: h600-s needs enough ultraviolet energy radiation to cure in the air environment. The curing rate and curing effect need enough light energy, mainly 200-400nm UV light, 365nm UV light is recommended.

4、 Exposure conditions:

500-1000w high pressure mercury lamp, main wavelength: 365nm; curing condition: 600mj / cm2

Positioning: 1-2 seconds, curing 5-10 seconds (the specific curing depends on the light source used, the thickness of the adhesive film and the test of the glued material)
