808AB-K series dual dosage form fast curing epoxy resin insulation sealing material is widely used in insulation infusion, bonding, moisture-proof sealing, etc. for electronic components, electronic transformers, charging stations, filters, negative ion generators, capacitors, power modules, LED modules, circuit components, aquarium water pumps, power and electrical components, automotive parts, electromechanical hardware, optoelectronic lighting, etc. After mixing, the viscosity is low, the flowability is strong, and there is an appropriate operable time. The curing process is fast, making it easy for large-scale and efficient production operations. The cured material has low shrinkage, bright surface, hardness, strong adhesion and sealing properties, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent electrical and physical properties.

4、 Available time:

The usable time after mixing the main agent and curing agent depends on the total amount of mixing and the operating temperature. Usually, 100 grams of mixed glue can be used for 10-15 minutes at 25 ℃; Therefore, glue should be properly mixed according to actual usage to avoid waste.

5、 Curing conditions:

1. At room temperature, it usually only takes 2-4 hours for complete curing and 60-90 minutes for initial curing.
