The non-solvent and low halogen H907-HF-Z is a general one-component flexibility epoxy adhesive, which widely used in electronic and electric fields. It's been widely applied in the bonding and fixation of various electronic components, electrical appliances, electromechanical hardware, LED decorations, auto accessories, etc. The cured H907-HF-Z has following properties: low linear expansion coefficient, good high temperature resistance, excellent shock and vibration resistance, high binding strength and flexibility. H907-HF-Z show excellent performance for binding different interface among metals, ceramics, glass, fibers , hard plastics, etc. It's recommended to be applied in the bonding and fixation of electric motors, circuit components, inductive coils, iron or magnetic core of power transformers.
